Touted as the world’s largest India Day Parade, the Federation of Indian Associations (NY, NJ, CT, NE), will host the 40th annual event on Sunday August 21, 2022 on Madison Avenue in New York City. There are also attempts going to be made for several Guinness Book of World Records.

The festivities are part of India’s 75 years of Independence and Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav being celebrated in the US. The Federation of Indian Associations (FIA) is the one of the oldest and largest non-profit grass-root umbrella organization. Established in 1970, the FIA represents the growing Indian diaspora in the Northeast USA. Through its over five decades of deep-rooted grass-root community engaging and enhancing initiatives, FIA has grown in tandem with the Indian diaspora while continuing to promote, safeguard and nurture the values and culture that are vital to the Indian American community.

Federation of Indian Associations (FIA) is established in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont & Maine.
