Brahma Kumar Shivani will tour the United States and the Caribbean in September.

Shivani has been a practitioner and a teacher of Rajyoga Meditation that is at the heart of the teachings of Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual Organization, since 1996. She holds an Electronics Engineering degree from Pune University, India.

First telecast in 2007, her widely popular television show aimed at self-transformation, “Awakening With Brahma Kumaris” has completed 2,000 episodes. For over a decade, the show has empowered individuals from all walks of life in India, USA and Canada, UK, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East and South-East Asia. Viewers have overcome mental stress, depression, addictions, low self-esteem and unhappy relationships, by taking personal responsibility of their emotions.

In March 2019, BK Shivani was awarded the prestigious Nari Shakti Puraskaar, the highest civilian honor for women in India, for her role in transforming human behaviors. In 2023, she was presented the Sustainable Goals Award by UNESCO in Hong Kong. She was the recipient of the Happiness Ambassador Award at the British Parliament in London in 2019, in presence of the Queen’s representatives. Since 2017 she has been appointed as a Goodwill Ambassador by the World Psychiatric Association.

BK Shivani’s book The Power of One Thought was released to the international market in July 2023 by Harper Collins.

Her mobile app for emotional fitness, ThinkRight.Me launched in December 2018 has seen over 3.25 million downloads, making it India’s leading meditation and mindfulness app.

Having traveled to over 35 countries, she has delivered over 4,500 talks overseas and in India. She shares simple, practical wisdom through diverse platforms like public programs, television shows, discussion panels, interactive workshops, retreats, seminars, corporate events, social and community development initiatives, radio shows and social media outlets.
