Global capability centers have evolved far beyond tech support. Their growth presents challenges for multinationals and Indian cities alike. In Bengaluru, Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. has set up one of these centers, the bank’s largest venue outside New York. In 2004, the center mainly provided IT and other support. Today, the buildings are filled with quants and software engineers. Ruchi Bhatia reports on Bloomberg Television.
