The Kannada Association of Greenville (KAG) is a nonprofit organization based in Greenville, SC. Upstate always had a community of Kannadigas who would come together to celebrate Ugadi or go out for picnic. The main aim is to preserve and promote Kannada language, art form, culture and heritage of the state of Karnataka in upstate South Carolina for the benefit of present and future generations. KAG strives to the betterment of the community and people of this region and wishes to grow as a strong cultural organization that can make a difference.
