Hello Saathee family! Sharing an easy, no-fuss dessert that looks far more impressive than the effort it takes. These Rasmalai Tarts come together quickly using simple ingredients while still delivering rich, celebratory flavors. Perfect for entertaining when you want big impact with little work.

Servings: 2 – 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

3/4 cup crumbled paneer
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp rose water
1/2 tsp saffron threads
1 packet of 16 mini tart shells (found at grocery stores)

Directions

1. In a medium saucepan, heat paneer, heavy cream, and condensed milk until warm.

2. Add cardamom, rose water, and saffron and stir until well blended. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.

3. Place about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each tart shell. Garnish with edible flowers or crushed pistachios. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, then enjoy!
