The two-day gathering will combine a Startup Job Fair, Hackathon and five-room conference program for high-skilled immigrants.

Open Atlas Summit 2026 will bring more than 1,500 immigrant founders, engineers, students, creators, job seekers and professionals together at the India Community Centre in Milpitas, CA on August 21 & 22, 2026.

The second edition follows a successful 2025 Summit that attracted more than 800 attendees for two days of career programming, legal guidance, founder conversations and community-building. The 2026 event is returning with a larger program, more tracks and expanded opportunities for immigrants building their futures in the United States.

Agenda:

Day 1: Jobs and building

Friday, August 21, 2026 will begin with a Hackathon from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m bringing builders, designers and technology professionals together to collaborate on new ideas.

The Startup Job Fair from 1 pm to 5 pm will give international students and skilled professionals an opportunity to meet startups, founders and hiring teams directly.

Day 2: Five rooms of practical programming

Saturday, August 22, 2026 will feature keynotes, fireside conversations and breakout sessions across five rooms. Topics will include immigration pathways, startup fundraising, FAANG hiring, career growth, artificial intelligence, personal branding, wealth-building and life after the visa grind.

The announced lineup includes investors, founders, technology executives, immigration attorneys and former USCIS officials. Attendees will also have access to the Legal Lounge, which will offer one-on-one immigration consultations throughout the day.

For immigrants searching for jobs, career direction, legal clarity, collaborators or a stronger professional network, Open Atlas Summit 2026 is designed to be one of the most valuable rooms they enter this year.

Open Atlas is a community of more than 10,000 high-skilled immigrants, including founders, engineers, students and creators building careers, companies and communities in the United States.
