Indiaspora was honored to welcome Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar for the closing plenary at their 2026 Forum.
The 2026 Indiaspora Forum was a four-day gathering held from March 22–25, 2026 at the JW Marriott Prestige Golfshire on the outskirts of Bengaluru, set against the scenic backdrop of the Nandi Hills marking the second edition of the annual summit following its debut in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Leaders from 23 countries including technologists, investors, philanthropists, artists, policymakers, and scholars gathered to engage with India’s own changemakers on major themes such as artificial intelligence, climate and sustainability, philanthropy and social impact, geopolitics and trade, and the celebration of India’s cultural and literary heritage.
It concluded with the Global AI Summit on March 25, exploring AI’s transformative impact across multiple sectors. A key highlight was the release of a major new report titled “India and its Diaspora: Partners in Progress,” examining how the global Indian community of over 35 million people is evolving beyond remittances into a powerful force shaping India’s future through investment, technology partnerships, and global networks.
