The Charlotte Chess Center will host two Free unrated Chess Tournaments at the Festival of India on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at Ballantyne’s Backyard. Running at both 1pm and 3:30pm, these tournaments will be open to adults and youth with prizes and awards up for grabs. Each cycle will be held tournament-style featuring a 1 hour blitz with 4 games, 10 minutes each in a non-elimination format. Sign-ups will be available at the event.
