Experience Kathak’s beauty and aura at Aakriti Kathak Academy’s 14th annual recital – where tradition meets the present moment. “Urban Taal” will showcase classical Kathak dances rooted in time-honored technique, grace, and rhythm – while also celebrating the dance form’s incredible adaptability to modern music. Through innovative choreography, striking costumes, and thoughtful presentations, this production will reflect the spirit of contemporary times, blending modern instrumentation with the rich foundation of tradition.

The evening will feature performances by their dedicated Kathak students, special appearances by visiting artists, and an unforgettable performance with Kriti Rakesh and world renowned Pt.
