Meditation followed by recorded lecture and discussion The Charlotte Gita Group has commenced study of Mundaka Upnishad. The group meets twice a month on Sundays from 3 – 5pm. Each session starts with meditation followed by a recorded lecture in English (by Swami Parmarthanada) and discussion.
